I have given Victoria 3 AMBER STRIKES for the following:
AMBER STRIKE 1
I feel Victoria has an addiction to exercise her anger towards men by criticising them and telling them off to get the feeling that she is superior to them. This can be observed in the following thread:

She feels that she is "telling the truth" but really she is attempting to gain power and control, especially towards men whom she feels will not do exactly what she wants them to do. As per the below thread, Victoria attracted an angry and rageful man who used to be a member of her own forum in the past, however she brushed the attraction off and blamed the man when he reacted angrily to her:

To me, this shows a heavy facade and a lack of humility.

I felt as though there was a co-dependant addiction at play between Victoria and Courtney in the following thread:

Both Victoria and Courtney did not take the time to personally reflect on what I initially raised and instead, wanted a man (in this case, myself) to supply the answer to their problem. Upon reflecting for a while, I reversed my decision in error, which gave Victoria an opportunity to feel that she was better than me and thus her addiction to feeling superior to men was fed. I gave her this power due to my own unhealed emotions with women.
I didn't trust my own initial feelings due to me not wanting to potentially receive her rage and attack if I remained firm to the truth of what was occurring between herself and Courtney.
Victoria's response to my back-pedal demonstrates her lack of personal humility again.
There was a common feeling throughout the above threads of condescension towards the men (myself included). Although this is technically deemed a RED STRIKE, I feel awarding her another amber strike and thus "muting" her so that she cannot post but view the forum (just as a guest would) will assist her in coming to terms with her unloving actions whilst also being able to observe the loving behaviour of the vast majority of the other members on the forum to hopefully learn from. Further to this, I do feel Victoria has a desire for God and therefore feel she will benefit from being able to read the posts on the forum whilst working through these emotions.
I have personally spoken to Victoria over the telephone about all of the above as she actually phoned me up asking for my feelings just before I was about to write this post therefore she knows completely what my feelings are and accepts the disciplinary action I have taken. I have informed her that when she feels as though she has worked through some emotions and would like to re-engage with the rest of the community, she can submit an email to me for consideration.
Finally, I would like to say that the feedback above was shared with me by Jesus and I have sent Victoria an email of his feedback to assist her in her emotional work.
