By using the above questions as a guide and example, it will allow you to share with others in a loving way, practical methods that helped you experience and release your fear.
Remember, fear is just an emotion and God has designed us to be able to experience it in full and release it from ourselves. Living in fear keeps us locked away in a completely grey, dull and stagnant place and kills all potential desires and passions in their infancy.
