Hi everyone, my name is Linda and I have met many of you at forums in Buderim and Murgon or at Working bees at the sanctuary at Wilkesdale or at Kyabra. it is a great gift to be able to reconnect with you all through this forum and I thank Nicky for this opportunity.

I live at Beechmont in the Gold Coast Hinterland and have been blessed to live in such a beautiful part of God's universe for 34 years. Every day I look out and marvel at the gifts that God has given us all and how blessed I feel that I am to live where I live. I love that there is a constant and daily reminder that God provides everything that we need, if only we would learn to let go of our egos and need to control and learn to trust that God loves us. I struggle with this daily, struggle to really understand that I truly am one of the greatest of all of God's creation, the most wonderful of Her handiworks and the object of Her great Love and tenderest care. This is my daily prayer - to truly understand and accept the truth of this profound statement.

I came across the Divine Truth through PASCAS on the Gold Coast and a rather interesting encounter with John Dole many years previously. Learning about Divine Truth and God's love for us has been the greatest gift I have ever received and I am continuously grateful to Jesus, Mary and the others of the 14 who have returned to re-teach the truths of the universe and the Way to God.

I grew up in a religious family of the Catholic tradition and still carry a lot of scars from that association. However I have had the privilege of having a personal relationship with God for most of my life. God (and often mistakenly Jesus) has always been my number one go to in times of stress and conflict (and there have been many over the years). However, I feel that I am only now beginning to truly understand what having a personal relationship with God might mean and have only very recently begun to actively choose God-reliance above all else. it is a work in progress and there have been and are many set backs.

I look forward to learning, growing and sharing on this forum.

Thank you for welcoming me here.

Linda

Hi Linda

Welcome to the forums. I have deleted the duplicate thread that you created so now this thread will constitute as your original introduction topic!

Nice to meet you.
