Developing our relationship with God depends completely on prayer. It acts as a way of opening our soul up to the potentiality of feeling God's emotions towards us as well as being the best method of setting our intention to work on facing a certain emotion we wish to confront and experience.
Prayer leads to the reception of God's Truth & Love - there is no other way of receiving it unless we engage in prayer!
Jesus has defined prayer as:
"A sincere, longing from your heart towards God and your desire to receive emotions from God."
