2nd Amber Strike - Teresa

Hi there,
I am issuing Teresa with an additional AMBER STRIKE.
After receiving extensive feedback from me Teresa did not pause to reflect about what had been said but immediately acted in another of her addictions and requested more information and assistance from me.
