In this thread you can share with others any movies that caused you to feel about being your real self.

While the real self is not necessarily 'childlike' at times when we let go of facade and release hurt we rediscover innocent feelings and unrestrained enthusiasm that we often associate with being child. So, please tell us about movies that might have made you connect to those feelings as well.

"The younger sister is expressing her emotions and desires quite strongly and follows her desires. It also portrays a romantic love between two young people, which moves me to tears every time I see it.

This movie is mentioned under "Oppressive Mother", which is also very true. It could have been presented under "Loving Father", so there are many ways to watch it."

"It was lovely for me to feel the trust, innocence and courage the girl in this film has. I'm going to watch this film many times more. To feel the difference from my own self to that of hers.

Courtney originally posted this in 'Death of a child' there is much in this film, thanks for posting Courtney."
